Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: High-volume sales periods, holidays, or custom items may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated live at checkout based on the total weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected carrier service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking data to update in the carrier’s system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@oldtibetboulder.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
